Job Summary
- Design deploy and support network solutions using Fortinet (FortiGate Forti Manager Forti Analyzer) Cisco routers/switches wireless and SD-WAN technologies;
- Manage and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP OSPF static routing) VPNs (IPSec/SSL) segmentation NAT QoS and traffic engineering;
- Support and operate SD-WAN environments ensuring performance optimization redundancy failover and secure connectivity between sites;
- Manage network infrastructure performance monitoring bandwidth latency packet loss uptime and proactively addressing risks;
- Lead escalation and resolution of complex L2/L3 network incidents performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions;
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes: Incident Problem Change and Crisis Management;
- Ensure alignment with global IT Architecture Cybersecurity and Infrastructure standards;
- Collaborate with Cloud Security and Infrastructure teams to enable integrations and hybrid connectivity (Azure/AWS/GCP);
- Perform capacity planning risk assessments and propose architectural improvements;
- Support wireless infrastructure VoIP NAC load balancers and monitoring tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Engineering or related fields;
- Experience in Network Engineering Infrastructure or Technical Support roles;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience with Core Networking: Fortinet: FortiGate FortiManager FortiAnalyzer; Cisco Networking (LAN/WAN Switching Routing Wireless); SD-WAN technologies (Fortinet Cisco Viptela/Meraki or equivalent); VPN: IPSec SSL client-to-site and site-to-site;
- Experience with Infrastructure & Cloud: Azure/AWS/GCP Networking; DNS DHCP NTP RADIUS TACACS; Load balancers reverse proxies proxies; Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity;
- Experience with Tools & Monitoring: SolarWinds or equivalent;
- Experience with Security: Firewall policies IPS/IDS Web Filtering Application Control; Microsegmentation and Zero Trust concepts;
- Basic scripting (Python PowerShell Ansible) is differential.
Additional Information :
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (4x1) in São Paulo-SP.
