Job Summary
工作职责
遵守和执行公司的各项规章制度负责按照产品质量体系运行标准对产品质量过程控制确保产品质量安全负责质量投诉处理负责设备的维护工作负责对不合格的监督处理工作负责做好实验室卫生生产设备卫生和安全操作的检查指导工作负责品控报表的正确填写以及记录的档案管理
Qualifications :
岗位职责
1. 严重遵守和执行工厂环境健康安全程序和食品安全程序
2. 遵守实验室的GLP体系管理要求执行体系的各项程序规定
3. 严格执行化学品的相关规定确保化验室的安全
4. 对原材料半成品出厂产品进行检验并及时出具检验结果
5. 对不合格品进行分析检验监督不合格品的处理过程及及时处理客户投诉
6. 对生产过程中的质量进行监控和检验分析定期汇报相关部门如出现异常情况及时汇报领导和相关部门
7. 做好仪器设备的维护和保养工作
8. 做好制程质量记录对通过检验获得的信息和数据进行分析和处理定期对质量记录进行统计整理归档
9. 每月对成品检验档案资料进行分类整理统计登记造册
10. 完成领导交办的其他任务和工作
Additional Information :
岗位要求
大专以上学历或食品相关专业应届生一年以上食品/饲料/化工相关行业检验经验优先考虑
- 具有食品检验化学检验等相关专业知识
- 掌握产品检验程序制定技巧
- 掌握各种品质检验手法和技巧对原辅料过程出货等检验具有很好的控制能力
- 熟悉国家质量管理化学品检验等方面的法律法规及规定
- 熟悉油脂生产工艺流程产品合格验收标准优先
- 熟悉实验室GLP/CNAS 17025 优先考虑
具有初级及以上食品或饲料检验资格证书优先
