Job Summary
Job Purpose and Impact
The Operation Executive will organize and deliver a wide range of administrative this role you will ensure efficient operation of the facility or office related to customer requests inventory and provision management logistics and security procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that facilities or office function correctly.
- Review inventory and provision periodically to ensure sufficient range of products to meet customer needs in line with the budget.
- Arrange for timely minor maintenance and repair.
- Monitor all services to ensure good food hygiene practices are adopted at all times
- Cooperate in the continuous improvement of company quality safety and productivity standards.
- Provide assistance and training to lower level employees.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer literate with experience using word processing and spreadsheet applications
