Job Summary
SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES JAKARTA
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of SLRJ property tenants visitors and employees. The role ensures compliance with Shangri-La standards conducts patrols monitors security systems and responds to incidents efficiently while providing professional customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Basic fluency in English (oral and written).
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand or serviced apartments.
Valid Garda Pratama certification is a MUST.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong eagerness to learn.
Able to work flexible hours.
