Your Role

As Front Office Manager youll be the face of Fraser Suites Edinburgh ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for. Youll:

Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth check-ins check-outs and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain our high standards.
Uphold company policies and security requirements while fostering a warm service-oriented environment.
