Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate assignments with insurance carriers and insured parties
- Process and manage insurance claims from start to finish
- Communicate project direction and expectations with division managers
- Generate scopes of work for the Estimator
- Review estimates for accuracy prior to submission
- Manage project budgets while maintaining targeted gross margins
- Participate in an on-call rotation as part of our 24/7 operation
Core Competencies Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing both commercial and residential projects
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills (asset)
- Sales experience (asset)
- Construction experience (asset)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Understanding and alignment with Paul Davis Values Vision Mission and 10 Serving Basics
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading teams offices or groups within an organization
- Proven ability to achieve results and exceed performance goals
- Valid operators license
- Criminal background clearance (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Secondary education (not required but considered an asset)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to independently navigate active job sites
- Ability to observe and process information on a computer
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
