Job Summary

We are seeking aSenior Quality Assurance Group Team Leadto drive software quality strategies and lead a510 people SQA teamwithin our HMI D&E organization.

The position requires strong leadership experience handson software quality expertise and solid communication skills to collaborate closely with teams in the US the Netherlands and Taiwan. This position follows a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH and 3 onsite days per week in the Hsinchu office.

Role and Responsibilities

People Leadership & Team Management

Lead mentor and grow a 510member SQA team including performance coaching development planning and workload planning.
Align team priorities with D&E goals and drive execution across multiple software projects.
Foster a qualitydriven culture with a continuous improvement mindset.
Manage team performance processes including performance reviews goal setting and ongoing feedback.
Conduct performance discussions with team members including handling underperformance cases and driving Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) when needed.

Technical Leadership

Oversee software build testing release quality documentation (Test Plan / Test Report / Release Note) and delivery readiness.
Review product quality risks define test strategies and ensure software meets release criteria.
Provide technical guidance in debugging automation testing and rootcause analysis.
Lead the teams transition from primarily manual testing toward increased automation including framework selection roadmap planning and coaching team members.

CrossSite & CrossFunction Collaboration

Communicate effectively with global teams especially inregular meetings with US and Netherlandsstakeholders.
Collaborate with RD System Engineers Architects GLs and Manufacturing teams to alignonsoftware qualitystandards.
Support internal and external customers withissuereproduction troubleshooting and qualityimprovements.

Travel

Up to 20% mostly within Taiwan with limited overseastravel.

Required Qualifications

10 years of softwarerelatedexperience(software engineering system integrationsoftwaretesting or related fields).
At least 2 years of handson SQA experience including test design manual/automation execution andissueshandling.
At least 3 years of team leadership experience managing5-10peopleor equivalent project leadershipscope.
Handson automation testing experience with the ability to guide the team towardimproved automationadoption.
Strong communicationskills in English and Chinese; able to lead technical discussions with globalteams.
Experience with software testing debugging build/release processes documentation and quality assuranceworkflows.
Ability towritecleartestreports SOPs and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Crosscountry team collaboration experience (US / Netherlands / Asia teams).
12 years of RD / software development experience.
Handson skills with C# C/C or the ability to review code for testability considerations.
Familiarity with Windows OS Linux commandline Linux environment setup or Linux kernel build.
Experience with automation test case design and execution.
Knowledge of semiconductor equipment processing flow or industry practices.
Customer support experience in semiconductor or electronics industries.
Experience troubleshooting production tool issues or collaborating closely with factory users.
