As a key strategic partner to Amazon University Talent Acquisition and Amazons PXT and TA leadership teams you will architect and execute solutions that directly impact our most strategic talent pipeline. This role demands both big thinking and precise execution as youll be responsible for:
Driving strategic planning and execution across Amazon University Talent Acquisition including 3-Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2)
Owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
Leading innovative initiatives that strengthen our organizations capabilities to recruiter the best early career talent
Developing scalable frameworks that become the standard for how we operate and grow
Partnering with partner teams to translate data insights into actionable solutions that drive meaningful change

Our team operates at massive scale while maintaining an unwavering focus on finding the best talent driving innovation in candidate experience through personalized journeys and identifying emerging talent in fields like Generative AI and Robotics that will shape the worlds future.
- 7 years of HR or business function experience
- Bachelors degree or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Masters degree or Masters degree in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- Experience working in international cross-functional teams
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience creating reports interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
- High quality document preparation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $134800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
