Job Summary:The purpose of thePharmacy Medication History Technician Iis to prepare complete medication history lists based on information obtained during interviews with caregivers which are then utilized by prescribers during the admission reconciliation process. Contributes to the goals of the department by providing accurate and timely medication information to ensure the correct and safe ordering of medications for patients admitted to JHACH. Along with other members of the pharmacy is responsible for providing pharmacy services that meet the high standards of patient care provided by JHACH.

Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum 18.74/hour - Maximum 29.99/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
