POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Managerplansschedulesand managesassigned projects to achieve organizationalobjectiveswithin definedtimeframescopeand budget. Responsible for project work plan development establishment of project communication and risk management plans workflow process redesign metric development and measurement and return on investment analysis. Workscloselywiththe institutes departments clinical and non-clinical departments onorganizational the planning and operational readiness ofprojects to ensure the desired outcome is Project Manager assignsproject tasks todesignatedteam management tools and standards as outlined by the Project Management Institute to ensure projects stay on track to complete deliverables and project integration with other JHACH initiatives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time withinscope and withinbudget
Assistin the definition of project scope andobjectives involving all relevant stakeholders andensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plantomonitorand track progress; measure project performance usingappropriate toolsand techniques
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs usingappropriate verificationtechniques
Applyappropriate toolsand techniques based on project (LeanSixSigma CUSP etc.)
Report and escalate issues to management; perform risk management to minimize project risks; create andmaintaincomprehensive project documentation
Develop communication plan (oral and written) for each initiative with assigned teams to include updates and status reports associated with each project
Train and coachstaff on change management Lean Six Sigma and projectmanagement tools and techniques
Responsible for the coordination of activities and ensures continual compliance with regulatory standards ( CMS AHCA etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degreein related field
5years of related and progressive experience.
3years of project management experience
PMPcertificationor Agile PMcertification required and/orto be obtainedwithin one year
Demonstrates strong project/program managementskills leadership attributes -strategic thinking ability to drive business change sharing of organizational goals leading multidisciplinary groups
Ability to multi-task withexcellent organizational skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Knowledge ofproject management process redesign techniques and skills audit techniques financial analysis problem solving change management and customer service skills
Working knowledge of Visio MS project Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Microsoft Accessand other programs as appropriate
Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
