Job Summary

PFL Services is looking to hire 3 Extruder Operators for a position in the Asheboro NC area.

Payrate: $18/hour

Shifts:

1st shift 7am - 3pm Monday through Friday
2nd shift 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday
3rd shift 11pm-7am Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

Select machine dies
Determine setup procedures
Reel extruded products into rolls or reels
Specify lengths and weights of rolls or reels
Replace worn dies
Set controls to regulate vacuum air pressure sizing rings and temperature
Synchronize speed of extrusion
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Locate defects on extruded parts
Check for conformance to specifications
Record product measurements
Adjust controls as necessary Install connect test and adjust equipment
String up lines
Clean tools and tooling
Operate extruders

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of plastic extruder experience
Must provide resume
