Airline Contact Centre Agent German Speaker
Location: Malta
Employment Type: Full-time On-site

Monthly salary: 1000-1600 Euro gross
Role Overview
We are hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agent to join an international customer service operation in Malta. Relocation support is available for candidates currently based abroad.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer contacts related to airline services

Assist with reservations changes and general passenger inquiries

Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently

Deliver a professional and customer-focused service experience

Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Meet service quality and performance targets
Schedule

Monday to Friday
-
Shifts between 09:00 18:30
-
8-hour shifts rotational within the time window
Requirements

German C2 level (mandatory)

English C1 level

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work on-site in Malta

Open to local candidates and candidates currently abroad
