Job Summary
Deliver Turkish language lessons tailored to hospitality roles (front office housekeeping F&B guest relations etc..
Develop and adapt training materials including handouts presentations and roleplaying scenarios.
Focus on conversational Turkish hospitality vocabulary and customer service expressions.
Conduct placement assessments and monitor staff progress through evaluations.
Collaborate with department heads to align language training with service standards.
Promote understanding of Turkish culture and guest expectations.
Provide ongoing language support and refresher sessions as needed.
Qualifications :
Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written).
Experience teaching Turkish as a foreign language preferably in a hospitality or customer service setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hospitality operations and service language is a strong advantage.
Certification in language instruction (e.g. TMER CELTA TESOL) is a plus.
