Job Summary
The RSA Education services teamoffers training solutions in different modalities that help customers partners and internals to boost their security savvy and unlock the full potential of the RSA products.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Instructor to educate people on RSA products. Technical Instructor must possess solid technical aptitude in the Security field. The individual must be an excellent communicator able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical courseware to target audience on-site or virtually.
- Execute training sessions webinars workshops etc. for groups.
- Assist in developing technical courseware.
- Develop RSA product expertise.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex lab environments for hands-on technical training
- Work closely with technical content developers to provide guidelines for courseware materials.
- Create/Record OnDemand classroom lectures.
Skills:
- Strong aptitude for learning self-starter and positive mindset.
- Good understanding of Networking and Linux Operating Systems.
- Good understanding of Security Concepts
- Good understanding of IAM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in trainings delivery is preferred.
- Good understanding of RSA products.
- European language is a plus (French Spanish German Italian).
Education & Experience:
- 5 years of related work experience.
- Bachelors degree in computer science/computer engineering/communication or any other technical field.
