Job Summary:
The Exoneration Analyst is responsible for supporting the exoneration process by coordinating with the Exoneration Specialist R&P staff clients and sureties to ensure timely and accurate bond releases. This role requires meticulous attention to detail strong documentation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Exoneration Specialist and R&P staff on accounts requiring assistance to pursue bond releases.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each client throughout the release process.
- Facilitate execution of replacement or release letters understanding specific requirements of different sureties.
- Document all correspondence written and verbal in TABS to ensure files remain current and accurate.
- Conduct persistent written and oral follow-ups with obligees to secure releases providing updates to clients under the guidance of the Exoneration Specialist.
- Maintain and update the database of obligee contacts.
- Track and manage exoneration activities using a comprehensive spreadsheet for reporting purposes keeping the status of all open and resolved exonerations current.
- Monitor and manage R&Ps billing inbox to ensure alignment between R&P and surety invoicing and facilitate the proper closure of TABS entries including handling return premiums or additional premiums generated at closeout.
Qualifications:
- College degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in insurance surety or related industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and follow-through.
- Clear professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
- Service-oriented energetic and a self-starter.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems/databases.
- Capable of interpreting technical instructions and developing sound recommendations.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $60000-$70000 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The base salary range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to prior experience relevant expertise current business needs and market factors. Final offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally salary wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position will also include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
