Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Specialist to support and enhance our internal and external communications efforts. This role focuses on crafting clear consistent and compelling messaging that aligns with our organizational goals and strengthens stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and skilled in developing professional written and verbal communications across multiple platformsexcluding social media.
Responsibilities
Develop edit and maintain high-quality written communications including internal announcements newsletters reports and official correspondence
Ensure all communications align with Skillbridge Academys brand voice tone and strategic objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication initiatives and projects
Assist in planning and executing communication strategies for organizational updates and programs
Review and refine content to ensure clarity accuracy and professionalism
Support leadership and departments with messaging needs and documentation
Qualifications :
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in standard office and communication tools
