The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $94125 - $138050 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
- Lead coordinate and advise all functions of their report staff.
- Perform at a professional level to interpret/process more sophisticated less clearly defined issues.
- Identify and resolve complex problems.
- Define workflows jobs and reporting relationships to gain optimum efficiency.
- Participate in the development of department budgets and business plans for the functional area.
- Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within own area of responsibility and communicate to the customer.
- Identify resource needs and develop justification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
What We Are Looking For:
- Associate degree technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of concepts practices and procedures for managed work group(s).
- Demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction motivation performance management and disciplinary action.
- Possess 5 years of successful experience in a related field and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.
- Able to gauge identify and implement training based on skill assessment results.
- Able to manage critical metrics and fault data using these methods: Track and measure evaluate and analyze the data and implement and direct improvement.
- Able to build reports and communication materials to supervise and report performance issues.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement of maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment requiring MHE or equivalent experience to the customer.
