Overview
Position: Behavior Technician
Location: North Aurora IL
Schedule: Monday - Friday some evenings till 7pm
Compensation:$18.00 - $22.00 /hr (pending experience)
Rush Kids Peditatric Therapy is looking to hire a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our pediatric team in North Aurora this role you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
- Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
- Collect record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
- Some travel may be required
Qualifications
Minimum:
- High school diploma or GED
- Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
- CPR certification
