Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time

Schedule: Full-Time Availability between 8:00 AM 6:30 PM
Setting: In-home and community-based services

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Richmond team. This role is ideal for candidates seeking consistent full-time hours professional development and long-term growth in the field of ABA.
Paid Training Requirement:
All new BTs and RBTs must be available for paid onboarding and training MondayFriday 9:00 AM6:00 PM during the first two weeks of employment regardless of their long-term assigned schedule.
Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
Collect accurate session data and document progress
Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based behavioral strategies
Communicate professionally with families and clinical supervisors
Maintain client dignity safety and confidentiality

Additional Requirements:
Full-time availability between 8:00 AM6:30 PM aligned with client schedules
Availability to complete paid training MondayFriday 9:00 AM6:00 PM for the first two weeks of employment
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Ability to work in home and community-based environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in physical play and therapy
Strong communication professionalism and teamwork skills
