We are seeking a Procurement and Contracts Manager to join our US Minerals and Metals team in Henderson NV.

As a Procurement and Contracts Manager within our U.S. Minerals and Metals team youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable resource development. You will build and lead a procurement team serving our U.S. based projects. We regularly take up the challenge of designing innovative solutions adapted to each client and assisting them at all stages of the life of their mining operation from exploration to closure. How will you contribute to the team

• Plan organize supervise and manage all procurement activities across the project overseeing and coordinating all procurement disciplines (subcontracts purchasing material control expediting and logistics).

• Define procurement strategies and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering project controls commercial and construction teams to define plan and schedule procurement requirements and deliverables.

• Participate in key management meetingsinternal and externalto present procurement performance risks and progress updates.

• In collaboration with the functional procurement team develop and implement project-specific forms templates workflows and processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies client requirements and regulatory standards.

• Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings risk reduction and timely delivery of goods and services.

What will you contribute

• Bachelors degree in business administration (MBA preferred) Supply Chain Management Engineering or Contract Administration (or a closely related field).

• 15 years of progressive procurement supply chain or commercial management experience within engineering construction or EPC environments.

• Proven delivery of large-scale projects with direct site involvement; experience leading multidisciplinary procurement for Mining & Metals across both large- and small-scale projects.

• Track record developing and managing procurement teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

• Highly analytical self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
