Were currently looking for an Senior Administrative Assistant to join our St. Pete FL office. If youre a proactive detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do
As the go-to person for office operations youll keep things running smoothly and create a welcoming organized workspace for both staff and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the front desk point of contact answering phones greeting guests and handling incoming/outgoing mail
Providing administrative support across departments including data entry payroll assistance AP/AR processing and maintaining confidential information
Coordinating onboarding for new hires and helping with employee events and celebrations
Assisting with meeting prep event logistics and general office management tasks
What Were Looking For
Wed love to connect with candidates who have:
5 years of administrative or office support experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Great organizational and time management abilities
A professional adaptable and team-focused mindset
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in the construction or contracting industry
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
