Overview
Join our Project & Programme Management (PPM) Infrastructure team in Dublin and work on some of Irelands most prestigious construction projects across rail highways utilities energy and aviation.
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager with expertise in project management planning scheduling cost control and risk management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive successful project outcomes.
Your role
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop monitor and manage project budgets and cost control measures.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Lead mentor and motivate project control teams to achieve objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and senior stakeholders.
- Present complex project information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Analyse project data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Manage changes in project scope schedule and budget to maintain alignment with objectives.
About you
- Bachelors degree in engineering Construction Management Project Management or related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
- PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification.
- Experience in project controls and managerial role.
- Proficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6 MS Project).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and high ethical standards.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
