The Job Role:

As a Marketing Manager in our hotel you will undertake relevant market research to understand the trends and customer preferences create and deliver detailed marketing strategy across PR print and digital and work on the creation of marketing materials and content in accordance with the Luxury Standards. You will also be required to manage digital marketing platforms and SaaS platforms used by the commercial teams.

Key responsibilities include developing top line Marketing & PPR strategy for the hotel and venues alongside the Commercial Director to deliver the hotel goals and revenue targets. Planning of all campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online); Implementation of the campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and reporting; Creating engaging and informative content for the website blog social media and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage as well as leveraging SEO placement and digital strategy to succeed; Building design and maintenance of webpages and online channels across the business; Identify and build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors advertising agencies brand partners and creative artists as per the need and ongoing management of these relationships; Management of all cloud based CRM tools on property and maintenance of these platforms to properly reflect the business; utilising SaaS programs such as Hubspot Canva etc to implement strategy and deliver results.

You will be also responsible for supporting other departments on a daily basis with any queries and issues that may arise and engaging with them to ensure good communication planning and involvement from various stakeholders in agreeing marketing actions to everyones satisfaction. Has the responsibility to work with the management team across the hotel to drive and deliver positive results.

Essential functions:

  • Develop yearly marketing strategy plans based on the hotel proposition and long-term goals. Implement and manage marketing tactics to help meet the goals and objectives.
  • Management and creation of accurate and market appropriate content on all channels for the hotel and all its F&B outlets (photo video copy)
  • Create & update multiple digital and traditional marketing tools and SaaS platforms (websites brochures flyers emailing press kits cloud-based CRM tools)
  • Manage the Social Media agency and handle all reputation management for the hotel and the F&B outlets.
  • Manage our relationship with PR agencies both locally and internationally and be the point of contact for all media requests organization of media stays and press trips.
  • Design create and co-ordinate all advertisements articles and placement as well as promotional materials within the Brands guidelines.
  • Actively search for new advertisement opportunities for online and offline. Proof-read all materials for external use.

    Your Job Description within Luxury:
  • Manage the hotels communication & awareness in keeping with Brands visual & graphic identities
  • Maintain excellent relationships with Hilton Regional E-commerce & Marketing Teams
  • Manage all outside vendors (communication & design agencies printers photographers videographers)
  • Analyse local market trends and competitor activity
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director and ensure marketing strategy fits with hotel business plan and will contribute to delivering revenue goals.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written combined with creativity and an eye for detail.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing or creative role together with the potential and attitude required to learn and develop.
  • People management skills and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channel marketing campaigns that engage educate and motivate.
  • B2B content marketing.
  • Knowledge of website analytics and SEO placement management.
  • Digital design experience or skill to create online content and advertising designs use of photo editing software and video editing platforms.
  • Numerically literate comfortable working with numbers making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • A keen sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Ability to present to and engage with partner agencies and hotel management and at Board level.
