Role description:

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. Youll benefit from training and development mentoring and assistance foraccreditations relevant to your programme as well as the support and guidanceyou need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.

As an engineer joining GROW you will be given the opportunity to specialise within your chosen discipline of engineering and we ensure you obtain the appropriate experiences that you need to become a technical expert. Being an Engineer at Arcadis is about applying a human filter to all your technical expertise and training and making an impact through innovation and creativity. During this three-year programme you will develop core engineering and consulting techniques that can be applied while working with our clients in the UK Ireland and potentially even some of our international clients around the globe.

Role accountabilities:

Our Architectural Technologist will have an interest in Industrial/ Pharmaceutical/ Life Science projects is preferred and technically proficient in detailing these building types. This role requires knowledge of cleanroom materials and working knowledge of process and or manufacturing equipment an order to succeed in this role we require a candidate who has a motivated and enquiring mind with excellent design communication and organisational skills.

A working knowledge of Irish Planning Building Regulations and Building Control Legislation would be desirable for candidates applying for this role as strong design technical and construction knowledge is a key aspect of this role combined with detailing design development and tender pack assembly and coordination. Furthermore in-depth knowledge of the Statutory Consent processes (Planning FSCA DAC) current Building Regulations a degree of competence in BIM/Revit and the BC(A)R process is essential.

The successful applicant will be a member of the CSA Department and have strong design and technical experience in addition to excellent communications skills with the ability to help manage projects through all stages. Finally the right applicant shall gain a detailed understanding of the Pharmaceutical Environment in Ireland and abroad and work within a team environment to deliver high valued projects for major Pharma clients.

Accepted degrees: Ideal candidates will be studying a degree in Architectural Technology

Qualifications & Experience:

  • You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated with at least a in Architectural Technology
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience Creativity Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
