Job Summary
Role Responsibilities:
- 负责审核银行保函格式联系银行开具银行保函及处理银行保函相关事务
- 遵循银行保函相关政策和流程积极与销售沟通获得必要审批
- 负责网银汇票审核遵循汇票相关政策和流程
- 出具信用管理相关月度报告
- Responsible for reviewing the format of bank guarantees contacting banks to issue bank guarantees and handling bank guarantee related affairs
- Follow the policies and procedures related to bank guarantees actively communicate with sales and obtain necessary approvals
- Responsible for reviewing online banking drafts following relevant policies and procedures for draft
- Monthly reports related to credit management
Role Purpose:
- 协助销售及时完成合同评审和银行保函申请流程
- 维护公司收益提高现金流降低资金风险
- Assist sales in contract approval and bank guarantee application process in a timely manner
- Maintain company revenue increase cash flow and reduce financial risk
Minimum Requirements:
- 金融经济财务管理类本科学历以上
- 三年以上财务销售风险管理相关经验会使用SAP
- 有风险管理意识
- 较强的沟通表达能力
- 熟练使用英语作为工作语言
- Bachelors degree or above in finance economics accounting or management
- More than three years of experience in finance sales or risk management proficient in using SAP
- Have risk management awareness
- Strong communication and expression skills
- Proficient in English as working language
