Following is a summary of the essential functions for this duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned activities may change from time to time.
1. Lead teams that are responsible for providing support to the day to day operational processes of the Retail Community Bank operations including such functions as business analysis process improvement robotic process automation change management client incident management quality reporting and risk management.
2. Promote consistent and successful execution of practices and procedures to mitigate risk in close partnership with Retail Community Bank Leadership.
3. Lead teams to monitor operational quality identify trends and provide reporting recommending improvements that are in line with business objectives.
4. Partner closely with various lines of business and back-office teammates to evaluate the process and procedural impacts of new products develop implementation plans raise and track issues and remove barriers. Plays a significant role in the development of the longer-term operational strategy for the Retail Community Branch network to ensure seamless business execution and positive morale while upholding Truist values.
5. Establish and maintain credible professional relationships with clients internal business lines and external vendors.
6. Assesses a variety of situations and provide clarity to team and stakeholders. Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining commitment and support.
7. Lead teams to analyze business processes for effectiveness quality and simplification. Use this analysis to develop and implement innovative process solutions to improve efficiency through operational procedure enhancements robotic processing automation and other means.
8. Works closely with the Retail Community Bank management team to ensure all operational administrative and compliance functions are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory best practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent education or related training
2. 10 years of experience in a regional or national bank branch network (or administration of multi-branch network)
3. Performance in a wide array of functional roles with both direct and indirect management responsibilities
4. 10 years of proven supervisory/management experience with focus on leading diverse teams and capabilities
5. In-depth understanding and practical application of branch operation and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in Business or related field
2. Completion of an advanced banking school program
3. Applicable certifications
