Join a dynamic Internal Communications team that works to strengthen employee engagement support business priorities and foster a sense of belonging across our Canadian offices. Youll contribute to initiatives that help employees understand our strategy celebrate our successes and stay connected to our purpose.

As an Internal Communications Advisor reporting to the Manager Internal Communications Canada you will support the planning and execution of internal communication initiatives for various business units and corporate functions across Canada. Youll collaborate with colleagues in the Communications & Marketing teams as well as other stakeholders deliver clear engaging and timely communications that resonate with our Canadian workforce.

Your Role

• Support the development and delivery of internal communications plans for Canadian business sectors and corporate teams.
• Draft and edit engaging content for internal channels including newsletters intranet videos and employee events.
• Help coordinate internal campaigns and initiatives that promote our culture values and strategic priorities.
• Assist in organizing and promoting employee engagement activities and recognition events.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify and communicate technical or strategic information.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Stay informed about internal communications trends and best practices.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or in a related field.
• 24 years of experience in internal communications or a related communication role.
• Strong writing and editing skills in French and English; English proficiency is a strong asset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office suite SharePoint Teams and Viva Engage.
• Experience in a large organization or professional services environment is an asset.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $68800 - $94600 annually) (Only Applicable to Ontario). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
