Overview

We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist Energy to join our team in Oak Ridge TN.

Your role

• Stops work without fear of reprisal for unsafe conditions potentially affecting personnel safety or environmental risk.

• Codes invoices with CostPoint Project ID and number.

• Works with Procurement to resolve invoice issues.

• Routes and tracks invoice progress and approval status.

• Responds to queries from CostPoint with PO number; line number; amount charged per job sub job and object code.

• Enters cost data and invoice approval status into the Project Controls Cost Accrual Database.

• Implements Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

• Conducts data searches and compiles information as requested by Project Controls Manager to support preparation of routine and special purpose reports.

• Assists the Contracts Manager with backup information for Change Orders and Proposals.

• Submits invoices to AtkinsRéalis.

• Isoteks Accounts Payable point of contact.

• Supports the execution of Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) guiding principles and core functions and the Isotek Safety Culture.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

About you

• Associate of science degree.

• Minimum of 2-plus years of invoice process management or cost reporting experience.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication verbal and written skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Applicants selected will be subject to a federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or matter.

• U.S. citizenship required for AtkinsRéalis Isotek Systems LLC project positions.

• Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered.

• Must have Real ID compliant identification to access the work location.

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $56000- $94000 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
