The role:

TheBusiness Process Management Optimization (BPMO)team powers how DevOps deliversturning strategy into simple reliable compliant ways of working that improve speed quality and experience.

In this role you will own the design delivery and continuous improvement of highimpact DevOps processes. You will partner withFunctional Process Experts (FPEs)QualityLearning and business leaders to make processes effective efficient andICHGCP compliantso AZ and CRO teams can do the right thing the first time.

What youll do:

  • Set the agenda: Define scope and priorities for new and optimized processes with stakeholders and FPEs; land changes into DevOps.

  • Design and deliver: Use theBPMO toolkit(charter plan SIPOC traceability cutover release notes learning plans) to build implement and sustain processes; maintain risk/change logs and periodic reviews.

  • Prove performance: With the BPMO Analyst definemetrics/KPIsfor compliance and effectiveness; drive action from insights.

  • Unlock efficiency: ApplyLeanand introduceautomation/process mining/analyticswhere they add value and remain compliant.

  • Enable adoption: Co-create documentation and training with PQL and Business Learning Leads; supportaudits and inspections.

What youll bring:

  • Education: Post-Secondary degree

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in process design/optimization within complex or regulated environments; working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a huge asset.

  • Leadership: Strong stakeholder management change leadership and project/risk management.

  • Communication & data: Clear communicator; confident with metrics/KPIs and performance storytelling.
