About You

As an Interior Designer you are a passionate creator with good communication and basic business knowledge. You value the opportunities to be able to create aesthetically pleasing functional and human-centric spaces for our clients. You have a background in interior design with great design skills and an exceptional portfolio. You are a positive member of the design team who likes to contribute and willing to learn.

Your Role

Undertake site furniture and equipment surveys

Design and prepare construction and drawing documents

After project is built and completed prepare As-built drawing and material certificate

Create concept with a strong design story support the senior designer on design deliverables to meet budget

Assist the senior designer for the proper execution of design and documentation

Propose colour schemes and design ideas

Communicates conceptual design ideas through 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings

Source and specify furniture fixtures finishes and equipment

Assist the senior designer on the day-to-day project coordination efforts with the ability to prioritize deadlines

Work with client representatives consultants contractors vendors to meet overall project objectives

Coordinate with the project management and construction teams to ensure cohesive documentation for construction

Ability to work with the team members on value-engineering to maintain the design intent

On-site coordination with consultants contractors and vendors during construction

Your Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in commercial interiors particularly in workplace interiors

Bachelors degree from an accredited school of design

Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop BIM documentation in Revit and other 3D computer design programs e.g. Enscape

Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
