Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: A Diploma in Advertising/Marketing/General commercial/RetailThe skills we need: - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity in developing content ideas and marketing concepts.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media channels Google Analytics email marketing tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyse data and interpret consumer insights.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.

Key responsibilities: - Assist in analysing campaign performance customer behaviour and sales data to support decision-making.
- Support the preparation of reports dashboards and presentations using Excel Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Assist with maintaining marketing calendars trackers and campaign documentation.
- Support coordination with internal teams such as Brand Commercial Design and Operations.
- Assist with market research competitor analysis and trend monitoring within the retail and e-commerce environment.
- Support general commercial and retail activities including promotional reviews product launches and merchandising initiatives.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing and commercial projects
