Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with their banking needs including deposits withdrawals and account inquiries

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently adhering to all banking policies and procedures

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Learn and adhere to all security protocols to protect the bank and its customers from fraud and theft

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop knowledge of banking products and services

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly goals and targets

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for customers

- Contribute to the overall success of the bank by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

- Pursuing a degree in finance business or a related field

- Strong interest in the banking industry and desire to learn and grow in this field

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Detail-oriented and able to handle cash accurately

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Available to work full-time for a 3-month period
