The Internship Programme will be split between all businesses within the Group namely: and Takealot Fulfillment Solutions.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in N6 in any of the following:

Data science
Data engineering
Operations research
Statistics
Sustainability (Environmental Science Sustainable Development or related fields)

Basic understanding of Application Programming Interfaces Google Big Query and Sustainability (ESG) impact reporting is advantageous.

No formal work experience required but internships campus projects or online certifications are beneficial.

The skills we need:

Computer Literacy
Strong Attention to Detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret basic performance data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) / Google Suite
Familiarity with SQL Google Big Query Looker
Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Comfortable working with data and performance metrics

Key responsibilities:

Automate flow of Greenhouse Gas emissions data from multiple sources into reporting tool
Review Greenhouse Gas emissions Reporting data
Assist with the compilation of data for annual Sustainability impact report
Compile ESG reports
Manage Sustainability reporting dashboards
Develop AI agents for automation and reporting
Assist with project administration of ESG projects

This is a contract position
