DescriptionYRCI is seeking a Communications Lead to support an opportunity with the Department of Commerce (DOC). The well qualified candidate shall:
- Apply superior written and verbal communications skills and is responsible for ensuring quality and clarity of all messages distributed from or on behalf of the service center.
- Keepthe customer are the forefront of all messaging.
- Duties include:
- Operateas the primary reviewer of customer communications for Enterprise Services (ES) on behalf of the service center.
- Consultfrequently with the Government on customer perception and experience.
- Monitorquality and clarity of all messaging used in supporting service center documents including but not limited to DTPs auto- generated emails and contact center scripts.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
- 5 years of recent experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency of the English language.
- Familiarity with Federal Human Resources (HR) policies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Meet deadlines.
- Multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong quality assurance capabilities.
