Job Summary

Role: Striim CDC Technical Lead.

Location: Las Vegas NV (Onsite).

Duration: Long Term Contract.

Job Overview:

Architect real-time data pipelines at enterprise scale.
Lead Striim CDC implementations connecting Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL to Snowflake Azure Databricks and Kafka. Deliver low-latency high-throughput streaming solutions with schema evolution and production-grade monitoring.

Striim CDC Leadership:

Design/develop real-time CDC pipelines with streaming SQL transformations.
Build low-latency replication from enterprise DBs to cloud data warehouses.

Cloud Integration Expertise:

Integrate Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL Snowflake BigQuery Databricks Kafka.
Implement schema evolution conflict resolution and data validation.

Technical Leadership:

Mentor data engineers on Striim best practices and performance tuning.
Lead production support monitoring and incident resolution.
Drive Agile delivery of complex streaming projects.

Must-Have (8-12 years):

3 years Striim OR similar CDC platforms (GoldenGate Debezium Confluent).
Expert CDC streaming SQL real-time data pipelines.
Hands-on AWS Azure OR GCP experience.
Production support performance optimization experience.
