Job Summary
Valu Technology is looking an experienced ESP CRM Lead Developer to design develop and lead enterprise CRM solutions within an Enterprise Service Platform (ESP) environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CRM architecture customization integrations and platform optimization while leading development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
This role requires both strong technical hands-on capabilities and leadership skills to drive CRM strategy development standards and system scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and enhancement of ESP CRM solutions.
- Architect scalable CRM solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Customize CRM modules workflows dashboards and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and manage integrations between CRM and external systems (ERP marketing tools finance systems APIs).
- Oversee CRM data modeling security configuration and role-based access controls.
- Ensure high performance system reliability and data integrity across CRM environments.
- Lead code reviews enforce best practices and mentor junior developers.
- Manage CRM deployments upgrades and production support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement automation workflows and optimize customer lifecycle management processes.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Maintain documentation including technical design documents and solution architecture diagrams.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in CRM development and platform engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Service Platform (ESP) CRM solutions.
- Expertise in CRM customization configuration and workflow automation.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and data modeling.
- Experience with version control systems (Git or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
