Job Summary
- Dirigir el equipo en el día a día y coordinar todas las actividades de este
- Es responsable del cumplimiento de los objetivos del cliente
- Proponer al cliente y al Director del Proyecto la estrategia de desarrollo del proyecto
- Determinar la necesidad de procedimientos específicos en el proyecto.
- Es el punto de contacto con el cliente con el que mantiene comunicación constante para informar del desarrollo del proyecto
- Establecer las líneas de comunicación con el cliente y contratistas
- Es responsable del cumplimiento de nuestro Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de Project Management en el proyecto.
- Es responsable de la definición y seguimiento de la evolución del plan de costes y de la planificación del proyecto
- Definir la estrategia de reuniones
- Elaborar y actualizar el registro de riesgos.
- Proponer la estrategia de contratación y compras
- Definir el índice de archivo
- Emitir los Informes Mensuales de Situación de Proyecto al cliente y a la Dirección de Proyectos.
- Coordinar con el equipo y recopilar toda la información necesaria sobre la evaluación final de contratistas.
Qualifications :
- Arquitecto / Ingeniero / Arquitecto Técnico / Ingeniero de Edificación
- Castellano / Inglés nivel profesional completo.
- mínimo 15 años de experiencia como profesional y 10 de project manager en empresa reconocida de Project Management en España.
- Excel avanzado / Presto / Ofimática / Autocad
- Terciario (especialmente Centros Comerciales).
- A pie de Obra y/o Oficina
