Telesales - Hindi

Location: Padivattom Ernakulam

Salary: 20000 to 25000 per month

Qualifications: Any Degree

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support and sales assistance in both Hindi and English.
Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries and needs.
Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain a proactive approach to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized with no scripted responses.
Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to unique customer interactions.
Previous experience in customer relations is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Proactive and smart individuals who can contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
