Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from receipt to shipment ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Confirm customer orders and handle changes with appropriate actions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor finished goods inventory and raise request for replenish stock as needed.
Review customer demand regularly and highlight inventory risks.
Communicate effectively with regional teams to mitigate risks and improve service levels.
Qualification
Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Skills: Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Language: Fluency in Thai and English is required.
Other: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
