Position: B2C Channel Marketing Specialist
Work based Location: Jatuchak Bangkok
Report to: Head of Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive nationwide B2C channel growth by planning and executing retail marketing strategies partnerships and campaigns that increase traffic sales and customer retention.
- Drive end-to-end B2C promotion strategy and execution to grow sales volume through optimized datadriven and ROIefficient nationwide campaigns.
- Strengthen retail and partner performance by driving consistent brand execution optimizing in-store activation and ensuring seamless nationwide delivery of promotional programs.
- Drive seamless crossfunctional alignment by coordinating budgets resources and external partners to ensure integrated highquality execution of initiatives and national events.
- Deliver accurate performance tracking and datadriven insights to optimize campaigns ensure financial governance and support strategic decisionmaking.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in channel marketing trade marketing or B2C activation ideally in energy oil & gas FMCG or automotive sectors.
- Strong experience managing retail networks dealer relationships and consumer programs.
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and customer data.
- Proficiency of communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
- Stakeholder management and collaboration
- Consumer-centric mindset
- Project management skills
- Self-leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI CRM.
- Proficiency in Digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Commercial strategic and thinking
- Strong execution with attention to details
- Be agile and innovative in fast-paced environments
- Ability to travel and work outside Bangkok sometimes
