Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for a self-motivated and relational Facilities Assistant to join our campus team. This person will assist with facilities activities to ensure clean and safe environments for campus events. Someone with a servant heart and enjoys physical activity will thrive in this role. Facilities Assistant // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH

POSITION SUMMARY

Supports campus ministries and events by helping to keep the campus clean and welcoming to attenders. Completes event set-up and tear-down duties as assigned. Reports to the Facilities Manager.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists with Facilities duties including set-up and tear-down for all campus events
Maintains the cleanliness of the facility (i.e. vacuuming trash restrooms general cleaning etc.)
Helps to maintain building furnishings equipment and operating systems
Supports safety and security for the campus
Distributes daily deliveries
Opens and closes facility
Clears walkways as needed
Other projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required
Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brooks nine core beliefs
Self-motivated ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Physical ability for cleaning and operating cleaning equipment
Able to walk and stand up to 90% of workday
Lifting and loading up to 50 pounds
Effective communication and customer service skills
Flexibility with hours and work duties

WORK SCHEDULE

Varies depending on campus and event needs. Works a flexible schedule including day and evening hours. Expected to work minimum of 26 weekends per year.

Junior IC
