Lewis Apartment Communitiesis actively recruiting a full-time personable and responsible individual for the important position of Night Service Manager to work at Santa Barbara Chino Hills a beautiful Lewis community in the Chino Hills area.

More about your new career:

This full-time evening/night position (approximately 5:30 pm for 8-hour shifts) would involve supervising your communities by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive and proactive manner. Parking enforcement property patrols minor maintenance troubleshooting to assist our residents and an overall customer service-first approach to Lewis residents will be just part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications & duties for success:

-Previous military public safety law enforcement and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
-Previous experience working with the public/customers enforcing policies and/or business rules

-Documenting and writing up shift reports/daily logs for community activity resident service parking reports etc.

-Directing and handling automobile towing situations
-Acting as a liaison with city/county police fire and other emergency services

-Handling small maintenance requests for Lewis residents such as changing light bulbs unclogging sinks and other minor apartment issues

-Distributing resident correspondence newsletters citations or other communications after hours
-Top candidates will have the ability to handle stressful situations professionally self-supervise and work independently

-Days off for this position are Monday/Sunday.

Note: Other duties may be assigned as needed.
