First Impressions Receptionist Summary
The First Impression Receptionist will provide welcoming customer service to our internal and external customers. This individual will act as the initial contact for visitors and phone inquiries ensuring all are efficiently serviced and directed at appropriate personnel. While providing excellent customer service the First Impression Receptionist will be tasked with administrative duties in support of VGM Group businesses.

As the first impression receptionist being present at the primary entrance to the VGM main campus buildings is a key responsibility to ensure customer courtesy and building security are maintained.
