• 领导专业教育团队基于系统化专业教育框架为中国眼科外科医生提供高质量培训
• Lead the Professional Education team to deliver high-quality ophthalmic surgeon training under a systemic professional education framework for Surgical Vision in China.
• 制定并实施引领行业先进技术发展满足客户技能提升需求的专业教育战略计划
• Develop and implement strategic plans for professional education programs aligned with industry development and customer needs.

2. 品牌与学术领导力 / Branding & Academic Leadership

• 强化SV专业教育在眼科领域的品牌和影响力
• Strengthen the branding and influence of Surgical Vision Professional Education programs in the ophthalmology community.
• 建立SV眼科专业教育生态圈在行业内引领眼科高质量培训内容与体系
• Establish and maintain surgical vision ecosystem with key faculties leading high-quality training programs in industry.

3. 专业知识与课程开发 / Expertise & Curriculum Development

• 建立眼科医生系统化规范化的培训和追踪体系
• Build a systemic training and tracking system for ophthalmic surgeon education.
• 开发标准化培训课程并培训讲师
• Develop standardized training courses and train trainers for associated programs.
• 根据现场反馈持续优化课程内容提高专业教育效果
• Continuously improve course content based on feedback from the field to enhance Professional Education effectiveness.

4. 患者教育体系的开发 / Patient Education Exploration

• 开发和制定患者教育项目计划
• Develop patient education program plans aligned with company strategies.
• 根据患者教育计划在全国开展相关培训课程并定期评估
• Carry out nationwide training courses based on patient education plans and conduct regular evaluations.
• 根据产品特性和目标患者群体设计制作标准化模块化的患者教育材料
• Design and produce standardized modular patient education materials according to product features and target patient populations.
• 打造权威可信赖的线上教育平台
• Establish an authoritative and trusted online education platform.
• 探寻更有效的科普渠道
• Explore more effective channels for science popularization (patient education).

5. 团队领导和跨部门协作 / Team Leadership & Corss-functional Collaboration

• 作为团队领导指导和辅导专业教育团队成员打造高效团队
• Coach and mentor Professional Education team members to build a strong high-performing team.
• 与其他团队紧密合作管理教育平台并与关键专家沟通
• Work closely with other teams on educational platform management and communication with KOLs.

任职要求 / Position Requirements

学历要求 / Education

• 医学或相关医疗领域本科及以上学历
• Bachelors degree or above in Medicine or related medical field is required.

核心技能 / Key Skills

• 至少5年医疗行业销售市场或专业教育经验
• At least 4 years of experience in sales marketing or professional education within the healthcare industry.
• 扎实的医学知识背景眼科或外科专业优先
• Solid medical knowledge background preferably in ophthalmology or surgical specialties.
• 具备与关键客户合作的成功经验
• Proven success in working with KOLs.
• 具备项目规划和执行的成功经验
• Demonstrated success in project planning and execution.
• 熟悉中国眼科手术市场
• Familiarity with the Surgical Vision market in China.
