What we are hiring for:

We are currently hiring a part-time Purchased Service Worker for our Passport program in Wyoming Ontario.

Purchased Service Workers make a difference in peoples lives by providing support to people with developmental disabilities in all activities of daily living in their homes and the community and by fostering independence and personal conjunction with the person their team and family/friends Purchased Service Workers are responsible for planning and overseeing provision of support along with creating skill development opportunities for people supported in aspiration to reach their life goals.

What you will need:

Current valid G or G2 Ontario Drivers License and must have use of personal vehicle

Current certification in First Aid/CPR

Current certification in NVCPI or willing to obtain

Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check

Be legally entitled to work in Canada

Experience working with people with developmental disabilities an asset

Compensation and scheduling:

• $25.03 per hour
• Part-time: Less than 20 hours per week including days afternoons weekends or nights
