Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to the CEO and general office management in our McLean VA office. This part-time role (2025 hours per week) includes a mix of administrative scheduling and organizational tasks as well as overseeing office operations such as supply management and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support Assist the CEO with calendar management meeting coordination prioritizing & tracking tasks and other administrative needs.
- Office Management Oversee general office operations including restocking supplies coordinating with vendors and ensuring a professional and efficient workplace.
- Communication Draft review and organize correspondence and meeting materials as needed.
- Event and Meeting Support Help coordinate team meetings travel client visits and small company events.
- Administrative Processes Support filing expense tracking and other administrative systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Flexibility Provide general support across the business as needs arise helping the team stay organized and focused.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional reliable and discreet with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting executives or founders in a startup or high-growth company
- Experience with office management tasks such as vendor management or expense tracking
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Calendly Zoom or similar platforms
