SIGINT Analysis (Mid Level)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SIGINT Analyst to join our team at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) supporting the Air Combat Command (ACC). The SIGINT Analyst will play a critical role in conducting Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis providing actionable intelligence to support operational and strategic objectives. This position requires expertise in SIGINT collection processing and analysis as well as the ability to integrate SIGINT data into multi-intelligence (Multi-INT) fusion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Analyze and exploit SIGINT data to identify patterns trends and actionable intelligence.

• Integrate SIGINT data with other intelligence disciplines (e.g. GEOINT HUMINT MASINT) to support Multi-INT Fusion and ISR operations.

• Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products including reports briefings and assessments to inform mission planning and execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts mission planners and operators to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery.

• Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them.

• Maintain proficiency in SIGINT tools methodologies and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all security protocols classification guidelines and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience Level: At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Required Education: Bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associates degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience for a total of 10 years as a substitute to the bachelors degree.

• Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in SIGINT collection processing and analysis.

• Familiarity with SIGINT tools databases and software used in ISR operations.

• Strong understanding of SIGINT platforms collection methods and analytical tradecraft.

• Skills:

• Exceptional analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Air Combat Command (ACC) or similar ISR organizations.

• Knowledge of Multi-INT Fusion and operational-level intelligence planning.
• Completion of a commercial military or U.S. Government SIGINT analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
• Familiarity with advanced SIGINT tradecraft techniques and methodologies.

• Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in SIGINT analysis.
