Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Delivery:

Engage with functional teams to understand workflows pain points and manual processes.

Identifyautomation opportunities that deliver measurable efficiency and ROI.

Take full accountability for automation deliveryown timelines quality and stakeholder alignment.

Technical Expertise:

Build end-to-end workflows usingPower Automate Cloud & Desktop.

IntegratePython scriptsfor data processing API calls and custom logic.

DevelopAgentic AutomationsusingPower Automate and Copilot incorporating AI-driven orchestration and LLM-based decision-making.

Validate outputs with stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

Integration & Innovation:

Connect automations withMicrosoft 365SharePointDataverse and third-party systems (e.g. SAP Salesforce).

LeverageAzure services(Functions Logic Apps) and exploreRAG pipelinesfor intelligent automation.

Testing & Deployment:

Develop test suites (Pytest Selenium) support CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust version control.

Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with business stakeholders to map processes and train end-users.

Collaborate with global teams ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Digital Transformation Advocacy:

Promoteadoptionof automation tools and foster a data-driven culture.

Stay current with AI and automation technologies and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

47 years of experience in automation development withPower Automate (Cloud & Desktop)andPython.

Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Power PlatformSharePoint andDataverse.

Ability to quickly learn business processes and translate them into automation solutions.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure toAgentic AutomationsLLM-based workflows and AI-driven orchestration.

Familiarity withAzure FunctionsLogic Apps and conversational AI (Power Virtual Agents).

Knowledge ofPowerShellJavaScript or other scripting languages for custom integrations.

Relocation is available for this position.
