Position Summary
We are seeking outgoing skilled and service-driven seasonal part-time Bartenders to join our team to work during Jungle Islands Survivor Immersive Experience. As a Bartender you will be a key part of the guest experience delivering high-quality beverage service with efficiency accuracy and a warm engaging attitude. You will prepare and serve drinks to fans quickly and responsibly while maintaining a clean organized and well-stocked bar area.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment is knowledgeable about a variety of beverages and is passionate about creating a fun and memorable experience for every guest. Your ability to balance speed service and professionalism will help elevate the overall fan experience during every event. Bartendersmust be personable professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
Scheduling for this position may vary depending on event requirements and can occur any day Monday through Sunday including daytime and evening hours.
This is a seasonal role from January 20 2026 and will end on April 20 2026.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.98 and is tip eligible
This position will remain open until March 27 2026.

Jungle Island Miamis premier entertainment destination combines the beauty of Miamis tropical landscape with a jungle full of extraordinary animals from around the globe. Building upon its rich 80-year history todays Jungle Island is a contemporary theme park featuring numerous wildlife such as lemurs wallabies capybaras and much more!
The Survivor Experience - The Survivor Ultimate Fan Cafe at Jungle Island is a limited-time immersive experience created to celebrate the shows 50th season. Designed as an interactive playground for fans it features themed challenges recreations of iconic Survivor moments and exclusive Survivor merchandise. The cafe captures the excitement and competition of the show while offering a fun comfortable environmentallowing fans to feel like contestants without the extreme conditions of island survival.
Responsibilities
- Must demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellent in the areas of guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards.
- Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks including state/federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol.
- Responsible to learn or have knowledge of various beer wine varieties & spirits available and be able to learn to suggestively upsell products to guests.
- Must pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size.
- Must check guests ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
- Must communicate a cut-off to a guest as required.
- Listening and responding to any customer requests or concerns.
- Bartenders are expected to de-escalate intoxicated guest situations. If a guest becomes confrontational belligerent or uses extreme profanity the bartender may contact management or security as required.
- Contact a management member if he/she is unable to resolve or make a decision beyond the scope of standard decision-making.
- Request additional product or restock product as required
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately is required. Employee is responsible for issued bank at his/her bar.
- Maintains clean and sanitary work station at all times. Ensures bar equipment is clean & well maintained.
- Other duties as assigned such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment as required and assisting with organization of the cooler
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Weekend availability
- 1-3 years of volume experience a must
- Active Servsafe or eTIPS Bartending Certification required
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours.
