Accounts payable supervisor is crucial for the organization plays a vital role in ensuring timely payments maintaining good relationships with our suppliers helps in the daily operation to AP analyst and give information to AP manager to report and monitor.

Principal duties:

--Ensure payment in a timely manner and provide operational and financial visibility to MX/US/ CA operations.

-People leadership: development and growth with the direct members to maximize individual and team performance

-Mapping process and continue improvement of any process of Accounts Payable from MX/US/CA/Ireland

-Reporting and monitoring open items with 90 days or more of aging.

This position will have these positions under his/her charge:

6 direct reports (AP analyst) in case of US/CA/Ireland operation

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree: Administrative or Financial branch or related.

  • Experience of at least 2 years in accounts payable area

  • Experience with SAP (desirable)

  • Team management of 3 members: required.

  • Fluent English speaking and writing.

Knowledge and Competencies

  • Creative and flexible
  • Organization prioritization and follow-up.
  • Great communication and Orientation to results.
  • Basic SAT Regulations knowledge.
  • Advanced MS Office Pack (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) skills.
